Ok my car threw itself out of time and i took the upper timing chain cover off and now when i went to go and put it back on the two top right and left bolt holes in the cover are stripped.

How important is it to have those two bolts in if i have all the others in?

There are no threaded holes in the upper cover. So there's no way they're stripped. I'm guessing you mean the head is stripped (the top six M8 bolts go into it) or the lower cover (the three lower M6 bolts thread there), and in that case you've got problems.

Drill/tap or helicoil, or replace the damaged parts. Otherwise it will leak, profusely.

ok. i stuck on the ones i had just to see if the car would start and the test run was a success so i am going to fix the two damages parts before putting it on the road
