but I did this video, I was lookig for input hopefully on what sucks

It's not a bad video, just turn the music down when you have bikes/cars flying by so you can appreciate the sound they are making.

Also, shorter segments / break it up into multiple videos just because it's hard to hold interest to a video done this way. Cool, just hard to do right, and I am no film producer so I have no idea what to tell you about how to spice it up.
