T25 Inlet Gasket (T28, GT25R, GT28R, GT28RS, GT2871R, Etc) - $14.60 : Himni Racing, Turbocharger, Turbo, Garrett, Turbo Kit, GReddy, Mazda RX-7, HKS, Apexi, TiAL, TurboXS, TurboSmart, Flange, Turbonetics, Exhaust, Intercooler, ACT, Intake (http://himni-racing.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15&products_id=623)
I know theres another shop somewhere that has a thicker version but i cant seem to locate it
when at local Nissan dealer to replace mine and they gave me a full metal one. I doubt you need anything better... (Job is pain in the ass though)

If you can get the S15 multi layer, they are pretty bad ass.
Using the head/manifold s15 gasket as well as the S15 T2 gasket, never had a problem.
Also threw new hardware on everywhere to keep everything tight so that probably helped...
You can get a nice set of studs/prevailing torque nuts from autozone for like under 10$ for 8 of em, I would suggest that if your doing the gasket..They are for some chevy or ford V8 but they fit fine..

okay thanks
those were the gaskets i was seeing online.
i do have this gasket but it has damage(screwdriver), and im thinking this isnt re-usable?

and also between the o2 housing and DP is rtv enough or do i need an actual gasket?
don't use that gasket... if you boost more the 7psi it's most likely going to leak soon... not worth doing the job twice..

I've got a used good turbo to manifold gasket for you. If you want it let me know. PM me.
Or just go to the nissan dealer and buy a brand new one.

dont cheap out , but new gaskets, throw some new hardware at it, and dont deal with it again.
Pulling the turbo/manifold off is a pain in the ass and I wouldnt want to do it more then once...
I just noticed you bought angry steves old car, hows it running?

yeah i've replaced this gasket twice now and I can't figure out why it keeps failing? does 10psi really affect it that much?

Unless your using a shit organic gasket I dont see why it would fail, unless you have old hardware and the nuts are loosening up and causing the turbo to loosen up off the manifold
(Which happened to me once, then I put new hardware in, reused my multilayer t2 gasket and havent had a problem since)
You can see in the picture, the multilayer S15 turbine gasket and exhaust manifold gaskets that are bundled with the tomei expreme manifold kit, I think if you call up enjuku they have the part numbers written down for just the gaskets and you can order them thru enjuku.

got all my gaskets from Enjuku. Mr. Gasket copper manifold gasket and all the rest were just OEM replacements from them. They work flawlessly

I'm running an Expreme kit with all of the s15 mulit-layer gaskets. The stock s13 or Z32 4 bolt collector gasket works fine. I've put over 18psi to one without issues. Usually the stock gasket fails once the hardware loosens up. As for the MR.Gasket Copper, I've had it fail on me before. Without moving straight to bashing, I think its due to the copper expansion rates, but I'm no expert on thermal dynamics. I will tell you with that gasket, I have had trouble keeping the hardware on the head tight. This is why I attribute it to the differences in expansion.
Enjuku doesn't carry the multi-layer gaskets to my knowledge...

replace all your studs while you have it out.
