Lol heres a little checklist:
* pics of everything
* description - does it come with just the motorset/ecu/harness, or does it include mounts/radiator/intercooler/etc?
* condition - fresh out of a R32, sitting on the docks for years, or was it swapped into a S-chassis?

its the motors trans ecu. you will need motors mounts and drive line and also radiator to complete this swap

you don't need a driveline and you can use stock KA radiator......... what you really need to complete the swap is an intercooler, wiring job and motor mounts/trani xmember like the ones that mack sells at mckinneymotorsports, and 1,400?? you're on crack
