I've been looking for some time for an OEM style carbon fiber fender for S13. Anyone know where I could locate some? Been searching for weeks now.
Thanks in advance!

Why? Because you like brittle as hell body panels that don't fit worth a fuck?

The only people I can think of who make that type of stuff is Raceonusa

Although brutal and abit dickish, Russ has a point as usual.
If anything he's trying to save the kid some money....which he'd surely be wasting on CF fenders.

Thank you all for your information, or your opinions. As you can see I've been a member for a few years but I just read unless I have a question that cannot be found. :hide: I didn't realize the cost of carbon fiber fenders and the only reason I was looking for them was because I am picking up a new 240 with a damaged fender. FRP will do just fine and I will indeed save money!
Thanks again.

FRP will still have fitment issues. Most aftermarket ones aren't even predrilled, and although you can drill it as you like, it's never right. I sold a set of fenders I bought after spending nearly 3 days trying to get them lined up right to a guy who does bodywork. He gave up too.
Nothing fits like OE.

Russ is right, if the fender is damaged the mounting points are going to be a little tweaked, so good luck getting an FRP one to fit.
One thing to consider also is the pinch welds. Most people don't jack their cars up right and those things get all messed up. Makes it a pain to even put on OE fenders, imagine trying that with something more brittle...

I saw a kid do that at an autocross on a Civic. He jacked it up to a point where the pressure on the bottom of the fender was too much, it split all the way to the top and a chunk flew off. I nearly peed I laughed so hard.
