I had that problem with the brakes last year. I had to pull over and pop the hose out to relieve the pressure from the booster and put the hose back. And it was fine for an hour or two. turns out it was the booster. Not sure if thatll work with you. Try pulling the hose and putting it again. Also check the check valve.

is it just on one corner? or just the front? just the rears?
my guess is if it's just one corner your either gonna have to rebuild the caliper or replace the soft line on that corner would be my guess

if it relates to all the brakes, my guess would be the booster

do this:
bleed front brakes thoughly if that does not work you might have stuck pistons so then remove front calipers and see if you can compress the piston with big channellocks with bleeder open you have to be a man and squeeze hard so hit the gym with the meatheads first. if they dont compress you prob should invest in new ones orr just get z32 front setup :D have a nice day

There's a one way valve on the brake booster to intake line
make sure it's still working or on the right way

From what i know if your booster is bad you'll just have a hard brake pedle... but just check the 1 way valve first. I would drive it around the block for a while then when you start feeling the brakes lock go back home jack it up. Then spin the wheels and see which one's are stuck. If its only one thats stuck then might just be that one caliper, if all the wheels are stuck you gota start trouble shooting to see whats causing all the wheels to lock. Do a brake flush and bleed the whole system. so how it goes

I to had this problem a little while ago, did most of what was listed above but it did not work. I got a new BMC and the problem went away although the old BMC seemed to work fine and all but apparently it had gone bad.
