Interesting story about my experience with that light. I got an SR years ago, and ran about 2 years before getting a JDM cluster. Car always was hesitant to start when cold. Usually took two cranks to get it to start. I installed the JDM cluster, and the problem went away. The JDM cluster had that warning light, and it was always on from the time I installed it. I researched it here on zilvia, and found out that it was a warning light for a sensor that USDM cars don't have, so you can ignore it (catalytic converter temp, I think).
I decided to remove the bulb, so it wasn't shining at me all the time, and my cold-starting problem came back. I put the bulb back in, and the car starts no problem. Something about missing that bulb causes starting issues on my SR. But anyway, you can ignore the light.

Holy fuck how many times do we have to go over this.
People, use your fucking brain for a second. The JDM cluster obviously is different, yet it plugs right in. So whatever existed on the US cluster in the same spot is now illuminated. You haven't suddenly added a sensor by just putting a cluster in. The JDM light you see is the exhaust overheat light. US cars do not have the system at all. Instead, US cars have the low washer fluid light in that place.
Therefore, your washer fluid is low.
It's not like some kid doesn't ask this same fucking question weekly on here.

hmm, on the digital clusters, there is no no corresponding usdm warning light, it is blank.
