power windows not working

so couple weeks ago i picked up an 89 s13. car was bone stock accept a after market steering wheal, radio, and cf hood. i relocated the an oddesy battery in the trunk and stripped the whole rear of the car. two weeks after all that my windows stopped working. i pulled the the door panel and there is no power coming in the door. fuse is good and power going in and out. here is the other thing i believe i have a short in the car because my battery keeps on draining but it was doing that since i had the car. also i pulled my fuse for the dome light and my radio, and seat belt light started blinking. some one pleas let me know what they think could be the problem.

do you have the switches connected on both doors? wont work if not

Yeah they were working then 15 minutes later when I got home they wouldn't roll up

Did you check the box on the driver side door mine went bad and the only thing i did is pull her out and ree solider her,bad cold joint.

My fix or workaround is to hold the button for 5sec up or down.
Before i had to bang the door by the timer or relay whatever it is.
