Can a bad fuel pump blow a fuse .. ?
Because i did a fuel pump rewire on a DSM .. and yesterday the thing was blowing every fuse i would put in ....
Does a fuel pump can take more amp because its dying ?
anyway i will change the relays i was using, it worked for about a year maybe this is the problems....

Sounds to me like you have a short in your wiring.

Well i looked at my wiring and everything is perfect ...

i just found a webpage about some german car and the guys said when the fuel filter is clogged the fuel pump fuse can blow out well here what he said


TRADE TIPS:
Just because an Fuel Pump Fuse Blows, it doesn't automatically mean there is a short in the wire!
More likely a blocked fuel filter puts an strain onto the pump which returns an extreme high current draw which will blow the standard fuse. A replacement with a higher fuse amp. value will only destroy the pump and pump relay quicker.
