watup, im new to the sight,
anyway i hit a curb, and bent a tierod...i just replaced it, and now while driving, i need to turn the steering (http://zilvia.net/f/#) wheel about a half turn left, for the car to go straight....im wondering if i might have screwed up on putting the tierod back on?, or if getting alignment would do the job...i would appreciate some input...thanks

Yes, you need an alignment after installing new tie rods.

sounds like your alignment is way way way off or your rack went out

i figured, but is it common for the alignment to be that bad, where the steering wheel needs to be turned that much to go straight?

It's not rocket science here. You bent the piece from the rack to the knuckle - that's the piece that does 50% of your turning.
When you re-installed a new one, it wasn't threaded the correct amount into the outer tie rod - that's what they do during an alignment.
Easy question, easy answer - if you get an alignment and it's still horrible, you can come back and make more pissy posts to those of us who are helping your pansy ass... then bump the thread a couple more times.
