cast or tube?
injectors

and whats the best kit to go with?
any pics, advace, and help with what you did with your setup or wish you didnt do would be helpful. and what kind of numbers your pushing would be nice to know also

to go top mount is a big step i think.... i think you should only go topmount only if your looking for high hp 350 hp +. and with that you will run into some problems like intercooler piping has to be made for the hot side atleast, injector size, wastegate so on and so on. really rethink what you wanna build your car for, then make the choise

Sounds like you need to do more research. When you say you want to upgrade to T3 dont mean anything. T3 is just the flange of the turbo. What you need to figure out is what T3 flanged turbo you want to run. But in all reality, almost all turbos out there that isnt a bolt on T2 flanged turbo for SRs, are pretty much all T3 flanged.
Also, you want to make power but you dont want to run any more than 10 PSI...that absolutely makes no sense.
You need to sit down a figure out an HP goal to begin with. Also, if you change your turbo to anything bigger than a T28 turbo, you need bigger injectors and a way to tune it.

well i wasnt wanting to go above 10 for now. sorry i didnt state that, and i want to do a full out build but with kids and all i put them 1st and sorry i didnt specf. the turbo but the t3t4 and isnt the t3 the compression side of the turbo? and can i just use the the s15 blacktop 480 ingectors? and this is how i'm doing my reseach by asking ppl how they did there set up. i'm not looking for cant hook up just something to where i can press the gas or maybe if i really have to down shift and go not any thing to crazy. i already have most of the turbo parts i need, for i have another turboed car that i can get parts off of. like the wastget boost contr. and what not. and why would i have to do the hot side oppsite? when companys sell kits and lining things up in my head it dont look like i would have to change sides? but i do some times see things backwards lol

K dude, you got a lot of reading to do. Sounds like you're not getting the big picture. When you upgrade to a bigger turbo, that turbo will push more air into the engine. If you have more air into the mix and not enough fuel, engine will go boom. Proper tuning, bigger injectors and have the right supporting parts will keep that engine from blowing.
As far as T3/T4 turbo, its a T4 compressor turbo but packed into a T3 flange exhaust housing. In all reality, it doesnt have a whole lot of advantage to it. Why? Because its more work and will cost more to run in on an SR. You'd have to get a different exhaust manifold (T2 flange to T3 flange manifold), different downpipe and different hot pipe. Why dont you just get a bolt on turbo (GT2871R) and be able to use everything you have already. Get a GT-RS housing for it (basically come in the same package as an S15 turbo) and have it a 1 for 1 swap.

Without knowing your HP goals in advance, how can you spec out a turbo setup?!
Go read this thread, there's LOTS of information in here

:squint:
stock injectors are good for 800rwhp no need to upgrade those. dont worry about tuning it either, the stock ecu self calibrates!

For one... I can't believe Fliprayzin has been so patient with you; he must be having a good day. Secondly, I understand that a forum media usually means that you don't have to punctuate everything, or hell, even spell something right, but there is a limit dude. Either upgrade to Firefox or copy and paste that shit into a Word document. That aside, You really have no idea what you are getting into. You will have tons of headackes and will lose thousands of dollars, if you don't do this after extensive research and careful planning. Lastely, there are a variety of turbos that can be fitted in the bottom mount position and allow you to make in excess of 400rwhp... After re-reading your posts, I'm not too confident you can even handle a factory SR20DET setup.
I'm sure this thread will get locked soon enough... Welcome to Zilvia:mepoke:

yeah it happens. i dont need you guys to tell me that my wirting skills suck!!! but thanks. so more reseach is what i'm going to do. thanks lol now i see why ppl dont get a forums any more. i'm here to learn more about the car, motor, and what there is to offer for the car. i know i would have to upgrade injectors, do a ex. wastgate and tune the car. but thats what i'm asking help with. would the s15 injector work well with the t3t4? should i go with a cast manifold or tube? thats the kinda of things i'm asking, not for all this other shit you cuz are feeding me. but hey every one has to have a humor right?
