This is probably going to suck bad, but I'm excited. These are the kinda movie I grew up on. And I LOVE IT.

April 20, 2009 - Elite soldiers Luc Deveraux and Andrew Scott are back from the dead. Again.

IGN Movies has your exclusive first look at the upcoming Universal Soldier: A New Beginning. In the sequel to the 1992 film that created their iconic characters, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren return as fight-to-the-death enemies in Universal Soldier: A New Beginning.

Scott and Deveraux were special forces soldiers in Vietnam who were killed and brought back to life decades later to fight harder, faster and better than ever.

Universal Soldier: A New Beginning was directed by John Hyams. The film recently wrapped principal photography in Bulgaria.

Doing other research it's not sure whether it's going to be a straight to DVD or a theatrical release. I don't care. I'm in!

I've seen Universal Soldier so many times! I love it. Can't for this new one to come out, hopefully it's as good as the old one.

The guy is 49 years old and had a coke habit. What did you expect?

On another off topic, did anyone see JCVD? It was actually pretty awesome. But it's NOT an action movie.

Totally agree. Time Magazine was saying he deserved and Oscar. :eek2: Yes, Van Damme and the word Oscar purposely in the same sentence.

I think the Tekken movie is gonna introduce us to a whole new slew of rising action stars...

In the meantime, go youtube 'ZeroGravity' for some amatuer action badassery...
