Assistance Please - Does not Crank

Greetings everyone,

I own a 1993 240SX Automatic.
The car is a hand me down from my uncle.

So the car wouldn't start so I had the battery tested and it was bad.

I put in a new battery and the car still wouldn't start.
(keep in mind the check engine light is on)

I thought it'd be the starter since it wasnt cranking so I took out the starter and had it tested also. It worked fine as I replaced not too long ago also.

I would like your inputs on what may be the problem, Much help appreciated!

You checked all the fuse?

make sure you check the big 75 amp fuse

Where is this big 75 amp located? Name of the amp please.

I checked all the fuses the very first time, I know it wouldn't hurt to try again.
