Car Doesn't Turn Over

Okay so i got the clutch to somewhat work , the car started fine , i pull out of the drive way then , power steering doesn't work , there is fluid , so i wanted to make sure my clutch is working anyway so i keep driving , i go down the road shift into second and boom the car dies straight up just shuts off in gear , okay so i get it back to the house , and now it wont even ATTEMPT to strart , i checked the started and nothing seems wrong , it was cranking perfect before ,

i don't even hear a tick from the starter, i am thinking ignition switch or fuse? hmm
i think there is still air in the clutch as well it came up a little slow once i started to drive it down the rode and why my power steering didn't work i have no idea
