Are they tablets? I don't know how they could ever go bad.

They don't really GO BAD. They do lose effectiveness in terms of strength. Not as potent anymore.

But in any case, you're okay.

how about this, instead of vics. (RICE) REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION! Followed by anti-inflammatory, it takes a week for anti-inflammatory to enter your system add begin to work. For acute pain take extra strength Tylenol or your favorite over the counter drug!

if it is caused by inflammation, it would be better to take Ibuprofen.

if you have insurance you might as well go to the doctor and get more

vicodin does nothing for pain. it just makes you not think about the pain.

3 vicodins and a few 800 miligram ibuprofen and your doing good.

not a druggie just get kidney stones alot.

Listen to this guy.... thats exactly what i was going to say. Vicodin is a narcotic med you dont want to be taking that stuff. As for them being expired or what ever, you can take them but might not be as potent as before. Just take the extra strength tylenol some cold or warm compresses and try to restric activity with that shoulder. Depending how the injury was some exercises would help and maybe a arm sling. How fast it will get better depends how you treat it now.

LOL dont do that unless your doc says ok...max dose for ibu is 3200mg a day...they showed similar efficacy btwn 3200 and 2400 so there is really no point in taking 3200 mg...you can take the 600mg and it will just as effective. ibu is pretty bad for your GI tract.

for severe pain id start taking motrin 600 and then go to your doctor right away so he can tell you what to do...

unless your allergic...then take tylenol

another thing you might want to look into is suction therapy...i know it seems like a bunch of mojo bullshit and trust me, coming from a medical background i thought the same...but it fucking works.

what kind of shoulder injury do you have?
