trade sr20det 240sx for nice stock 240sx

I am looking to trade a 240sx with a sr20det for a stock 240sx (has to be clean looking, perferably something with suspension mods only!!!)
Motor runs strong only ran on stock boost was told to have around 60,000 miles. The reason that i am looking to trade is because i need a daily driver and this car cant be smoged and cant find someone to do it under the table.
