i have a pair of peak performance s13/14 front tension rods, gold finish, brand new in box. i haven't even opened the box yet.

i will have photos tonight.

PRICE LOWERED!

190 picked up in 91006, or 210 shipped (because i don't want to deal with the hassle), more or less firm. add 3% for paypal.

Tension rods are NOT interchangeable between chassis.

S14 is longer than S13, and will not be able to adjust the caster the way you really want.

They arent? i was always under the impression that they were. Well shit looks like my S14 SPL tension rods are going up for sale soon.

lol i have these for my car and my box says for s13.........not s13/s14....idk

peak lists them as s13/14 tension rods; in other words, they think this tension rod will fit both s13 and 14.

That's because they sell BOTH.

If they didn't sell both they'd lose out on a potential sale.

SPLparts.com lists that they have both, but they sell them separate of each other. S13 is a different car from an S14 isn't it?

falkon, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

i wanted to make sure exactly what it was that i was selling, so i just got off the phone with adrian from peak/gruppe-s/dynamic. he assured me that they only sell one part for both s13 AND s14, which makes my original post correct. he also told me retail for these parts are apparently 300 for the pair, with free shipping.

if you have any issues with how peak only makes one arm, take it up with them directly.

they work for both but as the other guy mentioned the s14s are longer..I dunno why they would say that there interchangable unless they have so much adjustement that you can use them for both models..either way g/l with sale.

i got these for my s13 and they came off of the previous owners s14 and they work fine. its the same tension rod when you order them from Peak....So someone should buy these NOW! at 190 brand new thats a Feckin Steal! good luck with the sale man, if i had extra cash i'd buy these just because......
