ok so i just picked up my sivia s14, with an empty tank. Drove to the gas station filled it up and when i took it off my trailer i found a gas leak above the front drivers side axel. Car is RHD remember. It was dripping off the axel then i found a hose connected upward. is there supposed to be a clamp on that hose? or is it just a bad hose. it looked pretty big so idk if someone knows what im talking about. Need to fix by tomorrow. IDK anything mechanical im only a driver.

If it's just the thick black hose from the filler, then yes it has a clamp...

Check the following:

That's the steering rack. Look higher. Right next to the driver side(your drivers side) strut tower. The fuel filter is probably leaking or one of the rubber lines going into it have deteriorated.

ok so i feel retarded...i figured instead of laying on the ground for the past 3 days i should oped the hood and look down. It looked like the fuel filter was taking a piss. Galsoline comming straight out. I just found out i have steel gas lines haha.:smash::smash::smash:. Thanks for help locating it!
