General wheel/tire questiom

Hey im new to this site and im not even sure im posting on the right areea, but i need some advice on what wheels i should be looking into. I definatly want something with thats flush look. A wide lip of course and Im not totally sure what tire size I should get if I get 18" wheels, to give it the streched tire look. I have seen many pictures on here already with nice set ups. I just want to make sure i dont go on the wrong path I want to do it right the first time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
