Its not factory...i resprayed it myself.

Its a copy of a Porsche S4 blue but not 100% the same.

Engine base still stock...HKS ECU, upsized injectors, upgraded turbo, R34 fuel pump, fuel regulator, trust intercooler with custom piping as you can see it from the picture, customised full exhaust system, suspension etc.

Next upgrade if the pocket permits is a different bodykit larger brakes and cams.

I wanted to go black but than was looking at the rims and thought that since it already had a nice blue strip that i might as well head for the similar blue.

I am happy with it but a lot of friends say that my previous colour YELLOW was much more happening! Err...i really wanted to get rid of that yellow (nothing against yellow cars but ain't so much me).

Haha...the problem with his lip is that climbing up or down certain building carparks become a major PAIN! Mine already has problems but his is just worse off!

All our headlights come as they are in the S14s. However looking out for parts in our local chopshops (junkyard) can be a pain as they dont carry much items...err...i meant to say nothing at all!

What we normally try to do if we dun wanna make an order through the Nissan distributor is get our neighbouring country Malaysia (just across the boarder) to source for used parts for us. They normally are good in sourcing and stocking items for our car. Not forgetting that prices can be attractive too.

I had wheel bearing problems and it would have cost me about $160+ Singapore dollars along with 2weeks plus of wait but i couldn't so i managed to find one use piece which cost me $150 Singapore dollars but it came with the entire knuckle, disc brake and brake line. Bear in mind the cost for the above mentioned is just for ONE side and not a pair.

Finished the car up last week, long story short let my sis use the and it came back smashed :( sorry for the shity pics I used a cheap disposable cam insted of my digi cam :D

Well over here...most exortic things like that are actually special imports by individuals who want them back then. The FC was imported in at 1992...both units by the same person.

Thankfully our 200SX was not brought in that way...the Nissan distributor brought them in. So parts back than was easily found but the only thing was its price tag! Costing about $160,000plus new back than!

Here are recent pics of my car. I just finshed installing some coilovers (big thanks to Robbie aka Evil98Silvia). I took these pics about 40 mins after the install, so my car is dirty and the camber up front is on the negative side. :p

dude... nice. seems like we're taking the exact same steps in building our car. its scary. i just got coilovers too. car looks like yours except i dont have se rims, kouki tails (whend you get those?), and i have primered fenders (still). you going to get a paintjob and wheels next? so am i..so am i... lol. just don't tell me your getting it painted black w/ fn-01rcs or gramlights.

SR's mainly didn't come here because late 80s early 90s was a bad time for turbocharged cars. US market was a bad place to market them since they'd gotten a bad rep in the late 70s early 80s.
Oz never imported S13s new. All their S13s are Japanese imports. As for S14s, I believe they began importation of those with the Kouki S14 and then S15, labeled as 200sx.

another main reson that the sr was not imported into the states is becuase nissan wanted to market a sports car mainly 300zx so why would u bring in 2 cars that are in the same catagory and 1 is cheaper than the other so the market for the 300zx would have fallen... and more S chassis cars would have been sold... its all in the marketing of both cars .. and as for the emmisions .. remember thats what converters are for .. they would have found a way to pass the emissions

I'm not driving around with them mainly because the tires on these rims are nearly bald and two of the rims have skinny tires (215/40/17). These rims are not "super flush, low offset, JDM bling bling" :p ....but I like them and I will slap them on my car once I get new tires (next year). Right now I put them on just so I can take these pictures and see how they look.

Oh how I want some K1s, but I'm broke, when the time comes I'll be buying some rims, but I'd really like the get the car lowered first. Came real close to getting some AGXs and eibachs from a junkyard, but someone got to the front within 24 hours (saw em and came back the next day :(). Now I'm stuck with only the fronts, but also got some mystery toe arms with pillowball mounts.

MRMEMPHIS is right we didnt get S13's new... all we have here is "low volume imports". So we get silvia's and 180's with CA's and SR's in NA and turbo form. Maybe its just a term used on this forum but whats a KOUKI S14? We did get new 200SX's here the S14, series 1 and 2 and now the S15. I dont know if u call them series 1 or 2 over there but the series 1 is the rounded front end while the series 2 has the angled headlights.

Kidynomite standard silvias (with boot) have a standard headlight front end, the 180SX (hatch) has the pop-up lights. Though seeing as we get varied imports here some cars come over very heavily modified. A recent example i saw was a purple CA18DET 180SX stroked to a 2litre with a bigger turbo (not sure on specs) amongst the usual injector, fuel pump, plenum, intercooler and internals, though internals were a mystery to the importer. It also had the aftermarket computer removed. A local workshop fitted and tuned Microtech (stand alone engine management) to bring in a nice 437KW. On the dyno it was able to turn 90 in 1st, 150 in 2nd, 210 in 3rd, interestingly enough they didnt reach redline in 4th or 5th on the dyno.

lol..damn...I was hoping no one would point that out. I messed up my corners when I accidently left them in the oven. I used boiling water to open the housing and reseal them. But moisture was inside and I wanted to dry them quick..so I tossed them in the oven (250 degrees for 2 mins). same thing goes for the old xenon urethane valances fro coupes.

cdigity, your car looks cool now, be leary about extravegent kits and paint, it'd be hard to look much better.

the 240 is faster and the MSP handles REALLY well. I would say the s13 because of:
1. More power
2. RWD
If I didn't have an SR it wouldn't even be a contest though. MSP would win hands down.

Who owns that gold s14 now, its been through so many owners. When I saw it it had Advan RGs on it, he coulda used some spacers but it was alright, and the tails look much better in person, but I still prefer stock Zenki S14s (which is wat it used to be)

Yea, the lip is from PDM and the white is primer. And I am looking to ditch the wheels in 2004. I just need to gather all the parts I need to swap to 5 lug and then I'm planning on getting these...

Put them in boiling water to open the housing up. Once I was done and everything was sealed up there was some water left inside. Of course I could have waited a day and left it dry up, but I was in a hurry and tossed them in the oven. Turned on the oven for 2 mins, then turned it off...but left the corners inside. My dumass completely forgot about them and 10mins later I open up the oven to salvage my corners. :bash:

Not yet, I had a rock chip in one of the foggies...and now one of the bulbs are out. So I've decided to rip the foglights apart, fix that rock chip (hole) and retrofit the 95/96 projectors into the housing. I will let you guys know how it looks once I'm done.

mastaflash my buddy's old 240 looks just like that its in his garage. we turned it into a trash can. and we made a sunroof with a crowbar. he has a black one now though. so what are doing? repainting/sealing it so it wont rust? wow thats a bitch but when you get it back you'll be a proud man. i dont have the patience for that crap. i'd rather have rust.

heh, this is a long term project, so i have all the time in the world. i bought the car with a blown auto KA, and im fixing it up. right now theres not much for me to do other than little stuff like painting this, and under coating, to prevent rust. basicly in just finding little inexpensive things to do to make it look better, or improve the car in some way. my future plans are some sort of swap. right now i have no imcome, other than the parts in seling off of this car. i would like to do an rb25 swap, or even an rb26 if i can save my money that long(i think it might be worth the wait), but i might just settle with an sr20, or CA18 swap for finantial reasons. theres about 10 different motors i can go with and its driving me crazy. :D

those are just a few of em, bought it with 160k for 2500 the paint and interior were in extremely nice shape, its just got an exhaust leak i gotta fix on the manifold.

hey badmojo, DAYUM. now i want the jdm grille but on my black ass car it wouldn't be worth it cause you couldn't see it. but on that car it's like whoa. and not having that nissan emblem makes it look really clean. usally i'm not a fan of shaved emblems but it works with that car. and is that super white or aspen white? awesome.

Woah that pic was huge. Fixed the size. It was 1600x1200 haha. Anyways its lowered on kei office coilovers-about 1.5" lower than the car was with sportlines- I cant drop it any lower though, I almost want to raise it (I lay frame on speedbumps haha). The tires are kind of small (195-50 front, 195-55 in rear) Im going to switch to 205/60-they fill up the fender much better.

Wheels are ssr star formula, 15x7 +26 front, Work Ewing mesh 15x7 +22 rear. Gotta love the ewing lip:boink:
