Actually.. I have a good inch and 1/2 or so between my downpipe and master cylinder/lines. When I built the manifold.. I pulled the turbo forward and angled if to the side so that I could easily clear the master cylinder. I don't understand why all of them are made on this angle....?

Thanks. :) The lip was originally red, I just repainted it with some Rustoleum textured paint.
So far it hasn't come off, but I haven't driven anywhere yet. :D

if you're not careful with your driveways, which is me, it'll come off like sandpaper on skin. mine is just as low as your car and it's in two pieces and all the primer is off the bottom. BE CAREFUL!

My baby just came from the body shop, fixed some minor front damage, painted and installed the Z-edition bumper and lip. I'm not 100% happy with fitment, as there is minor gappage, but it still looks hot. I'm pretty much done with aero except for an Uras hood and wider fenders if i need 'em to fit fatty tires and rims.

I believe it's the only white z-edition bumper in existence, and the only one paired with JDM aero at that.

One day I'll have S2k HID retrofit, repaint the headlights with a little silver trim so they're not pure black, get an Uras vented hood, wider fenders so I can cram more meat under there....

it really isn't bad. the car idles at about 750 or so. if you just keep it in gear when coming to a red light and let the rpm come close to 1400 rpm and the car will not stall.

looking into a stand alone ecu right now. so many choices..

the lower hose is the coolant coming from the engine. it is suppose to be more accurate when placed there. the it is placed at the top hose it metering the coolant that has already been cooled.

That's because you want to know the temp of the coolant going INTO your motor. If your radiator isn't working right, you'll notice a difference more quickly if the sensor is at the rad. outlet.

Not a whole lot to say. Since the 87-88 VG30E powered S12 was never sold in Canada, I had to make a special trip down to Fargo, N.D. to pick this baby up. From what I've seen so far, I'm led to believe that it's the only VG30E S12 in existance in Canada, but I could be wrong. For mods it's just a simple 3" intake with K&N cone filter, 60mm 240SX throttle body with the intake plenum ported to match, 2.5" straight exhaust with no cat, Prothane polyurathane bushings at all points. Basically just my daily driver, but it's a blast to drive.

holy huge tires, first time I will say you should have gotten a lower offset. Just looks goofy cuz the fronts are perfect and the rears stick out. Or get smaller tires but I am assuming you want big tires.
Looks good otherwise, just get some aero mirrors the stock ones look so out of place.

One is for monitoring pressure other is for filling, it was in an ad that said u can use air or nitrogen.

We use Nitrogen in our aircraft tires. It doesn't expand and contract as much as regular air when subjected to the pressures of high altitude, or heat.

weeee, finally got around to installing some shit....
had the Kazama endlinks/Tein inner rods for half a year now, just waited on rear shit so i can get an alignment once.....
all other parts are Powertrix parts, which are Excellent! great finish quality, especially on the polished stuff....

only went out for a short test drive WITHOUT alignment, but i can already say the steering/feedback is so snappy and quick! i love it!!! lots of steering angle and stability from the rear as well...

i'll post a proper review once my car gets a proper alignment later this week...

It looked really good with the gold Volk GT-N's I had on there.. I sold them and haven't quite decided what I want to get next. I don't want to stagger this time around, and I don't feel like waiting 6 months for some special order wheel like I had to for my GT-N's and TE-37's. I may slap a set of the obligatory FN's on there since they are so cheap and come in great sizes, and no SP-1's for me so don't worry ;)

i think it is just the super low angle the shot was taken at, that makes the car look so high.

the car is holding up fine. the new power steering cooler helped a lot i'm sure. the off track excursions didn't really do my car well, but nothing really broke.. except the bumper and bumper support.

Yea you were inspiration to go widebody, that and a bigass dent on my quarterpanel. Have you decided on what color you are going to go with yours? I did the low budget thing and painted my car myself at a booth after I decided on what color. After painting the car, it makes me want to get another 240 and refinish it purple, like the picture on the far left, 2nd down. Or if it wasn't ridcuclously expensive, chrome paint like the top right.

i have R32 GT-R brakes, and there is about 1mm clearence, but z brakes shouldnt have any problem.

Just converted this rhd to manual tranny from automatic. Installed Nismo clutch
and lightened flywheel. Full titanium exhaust and intercooler next. Lots to do still
but the sr20 has only 49K miles. Plenty of life left in her. :bow:
