he should try unlimited class

That would be his dad's class:
RETROSPECTIVE>> THE OLD MOUNTAIN KINGS - Speedhunters (http://speedhunters.com/archive/2009/07/23/retrospective-gt-gt-the-old-mountain-kings.aspx)

Although Rhys should eventually make the jump to unlimited.

haha the insane angle they have on the drift setup comes in handy a bunch of times.

It looked like he was at 90 degrees a few times.

watch how squirrely it gets under braking at the 3:50 mark on the youtube counter.

didnt his dad hold the title before... rod millen...

wiki says
Millen captured the record for the fastest ascent of the 156 turn, 12.42 mile (19.99 kilometer) Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pikes_Peak_International_Hill_Climb). He broke the old record time by 40 seconds when he ascended the hill in 10:04:06 in 1994 in his all wheel drive (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_wheel_drive) Toyota (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota) Celica (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Celica).[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Millen#cite_note-OfficialCareerHighlights-6) His record was broken on July 21 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/July_21), 2007 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007) by Nobuhiro Tajima (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nobuhiro_Tajima) driving the Suzuki XL7 Hill Climb Special (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_Escudo#Competition_special) to a time of 10:01.408.[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Millen#cite_note-7)[9] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Millen#cite_note-8) However, Tajima's record was set after the Pikes Peak surface was paved whereas Millen's record was on dirt. Rod had the fastest overall time at the famous mountain four more times (1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999), but was unable to beat his goal of completing the climb in less than 10 minutes. Millen and his wife became the first husband-wife team to contest the hill. He also became the father-son (with Rhys (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhys_Millen)) to win overall titles on the hill.

thats the millen family for ya... they are awesome
