FS or FT 1993 FD

Hey i have a 1993 Rx-7 automatic with 123k on the body and 67k on the rebuilt motor. She runs decent, only problem is the turbos are bad. There is a crack in the turbo and they are hard to find in really good condition, but i have 2 sets of really nice stock FD turbos that the buyer can have his pick from. Other than the turbos i think the only other problem is that the speakers arent really good anymore. The interior is clean, has an aftermarket deck, MSR wheels, and a full catback..all which was done by the previous owner. The car is a custom gray color. Im open to any trades or lookingto get 7,500 OBO.

O and i also have a passenger side seat straight from the factory and the stock, deck that the buyer can have. Thanks.

I dont believe its a bad price either but most people see that its an automatic and freak out. It really isnt that hard to convert it into a manual, id do it to sell the car faster but i have 2 other rx-7s that my money is gong into.

so what kind of turbo is hard to find?

Its hard to find a good pair of the stock turbos. Mazda company here in VA wants 3800 for a brand new pair. You can find them with one or two light cracks, but in the end it will eventually become a problem. The stock turbos tend to crack but all in due time. I went to Puerto Rico about a month ago and rotarys are a big thing over there so i came across 2 really nice sets of turbos no cracks or problems that i can see.

You could always buy it and not take the stock turbo i offer if you plan to single turbo the car which of course is a gain of more hp.

i think its a great buy for a ls1 swap. paint looks good but kits got to go ...throw it up on rx7club.com should go quick for around 6500 if not more..glws

Its been on rx7club..no one wants an automatic..again, its an easy swap. And yea it is a good buy if you want a project car..you can ls1 swap it or again make it a manual and mess with it that way which is a pretty good deal i think cuz if you do the work it will come out cheaper and youll have just bought a good rx7 for cheap. And concerning the body kit, i liked the look so thats who i was trying to please but if the buyer doesnt like it then by all means go for your look.

paint is only 3 years old btw, it was vintage red at first, but the paint was faded and in need of a paint job.
