1991 240sx Hatch Rolling Shell clean Title

Hey everyone, I'm looking to sell my s13 shell as I have changed my plans on my build and need to get the car the hell out of my parent's house lol. The frame is straight and as stated on the title, it has a clean title. The bad thing is that the driver side rear quarter panel has been repaired and since I was going to go widebody, I started to chip away the bondo by the driver door.
