Has anyone tried to modify stock cast iron turbo manifolds? If so, can you let me know what you guys do?

search around i dont remember the name but there was a service that had proven results, some type of port/polish i think.

hmm... ya i was just getting tired of my megan manifolds crackin. cant really afford a tomei or something cuz im going to school and stuff. i was just trying to see what i could do to my stock manifold.

Just save for a nice manifold is all you need to do. I understand your going to school but its soooo worth it. I was the same way. Plus if your into S chassis you should know theyre not gonna be cheap. Why be cheap and pay twice for something that wont last or thats a temporary fix, when you could save your money and buy something decent or really nice. Just my .02

Codyace had his extrude honed (abrasive putty) and saw some pretty awesome results.
Other than that there's not much you can do

agreed. I want to stick with the stock manifold so I will eventually be getting this done. As a matter of fact I was originally going to go with the tomie manifold, but cody's numbers prove that the extrude/honing process wil provide better results.
