hahahaha 'sacrificed'

no matter what your driving im pretty sure you have to steer clear of children

that would be funny if the 'article' read "9 year old cyclist sacrificed to save ferrari

car owner: 'yeah well, y'know i just bought this thing like last month, no way im steering into a pond'

Was he speeding or driving on the sidewalk? How did he end up all the way in the lake?

Seriously. What does the sign in the background say? It looks like 30mph. If he was indeed driving 30-40mph, I doubt he would end up in the lake.

Such a dramatic way to avoid the child.

Would it have really been that hard to just hit the brakes?

07-24-2009, 05:55 PM
Or just hit him?
hahah
/asshole

Or shit, how about maybe not driving like a douche, I'm sure the guy was speeding in the first place.

maybe he was speeding in that area ?

!Zar!
07-24-2009, 06:19 PM
Can only wonder how fast he was going for that to happen.

But if he hit him, in theory it would've been a vehicle/vehicle accident so it could've been the kids fault. And then his parents would have to pay out of pocket to fix his f430.

But that would be a straight ticket to hell if he just proceeded to hit him.

Structurally-wise, the car looks intact in the pictures. It would probably need a new motor and a few other things, but I wonder if it could be saved.

It can be saved.

But it's salvaged title now.

He might as well primer it and put some fn01rc's on there.

Why else would you buy a Ferrari if you aint gonna speed?

I would have just feint, open the door, kick the kid into the lake, and drove away. If he died, he would have died fast and happy.

1. How often do you see kids, you can just make one today if you felt like it?
2. How often does one have the money to buy a Ferrari?
3. Ferrari > Kid
4. The Human race and "natural selection" will take out the weak.

Work hard all your life, fixing up imports and finally you bought yourself an Italian Super Car, and some dip-stick kid who didn't listen to his parents about not riding his bike in the street ruins your life's dream. It's the same kid that will grow up to be that Idiot talking on the phone going 25mph on the 101 freeway. Kill that MOFO now!

Imagine, he only had liability...

Today, i swerve into a lake to avoid hitting a kid, i only have liability...FML

SimpleS14
07-29-2009, 10:34 AM
I can only imagine the guy was speeding, there was a car on the oncoming lane and the kid darted into the road only leaving a matter of seconds for the Ferrari driver to decide what to do.

He must have swerved towards the lake, but try to swerve back only to slide backwards into the lake.

That is my speculation.

wouldn't that be considered as manslaughter tho if he did hit the kid? idk, not too familiar wit it.. but if it did, then its either his ferrari has a lil dent from hitting the kid, but be in jail? or mayba a salvageable ferrari but still be able to not worry about dropping your soap when you shower?

Imagine, he only had liability...

Ya and because of that I cry foul on the story. Any one who owns a Ferrari has full coverage. Its like a given. Only liability driving a Ferrari? You would get sued out the ass for the smallest amount of shit.
