starter? red top sr20det

i just took off all the electrical for the seat belts since i got s14 ones. would that cause my car not to start? the first try it crancked but did not start, know the car wont crank i hear the starter trying to engage but wont turn it? i think my starter went out but u never know. does anyone know of a place in the 626 that rebuilds starters?

Not related. The starter just happened to go out during/after your belt removal.

has anyone intalled a ka silenoid on a rwd det starter.
