The only things you would need are small vacuum t's since i lost them. the only other thing you need is a laptop to tune the ecu with. as far as shipping the box of parts weighs a good amount and its fairly large. i would estimate the shipping being near 75 dollars if i had to guess, just due to the weight. ill see what i can do about getting a more accurate cost however.
