sell them to a guy with an FD. I've seen what you have on the front on the rear of a few S-chassis..and thats with a pretty aggressive pull and a few degrees of tire wearing camber.
take your loses. get the same wheels i you love them so much, just a little smaller.
.....unless you plan on running 800+hp, love going in a straight line, and put huge fiberglass band-aid's all over your car. ;)

Well, you have a S14. You should be able to make that work with a big pull out back and some very stretched tires. I've seen a 12+0 on a stock bodied S14, it barely had a pull, had some 235s on it and like -5 camber. It looked like shit.
Get some widebody and it'll work no problem, otherwise get some really small tires, notch your coilovers up front and run lots of neg camber with a pull all around.
I am running a 10 +7 up front on my stock bodied S14, the front fenders are just hammered and I run a 245/40 tire with like -2.5 camber.
If you can get -3 up front and put a 215 and pull the fenders a little bit it can work.

The width of the wheel is almost irrelevant. It's all about offset and backspacing.

18x12 et -1 (no spacer)
18x10.5 et +15 (no spacer)
-pink car has 50mm rear fender and 20mm front (-4 camber rear)
-black coupe has 60+mm rear and havent got fronts yet (-1.5 camber rear)
The body shop guy sounds like a *snip*, You will be fine with some fiberglass slapped on there and a little camber ;). I have a locked diff and dd the 12's, no problem at all. with some 265 35 stretched on them you will be ballin' in no time. dont sell them to any of these haters, they just jealous...

I run a 18x9.5-22 18x11-3
If my math is right
Fronts
9.5/2=4.75
4.75*25.4=120.65
120.65+22=142.65
142.65/25.4=5.62
10/2=5
5*25.4=127
127+5=132
132/25.4=5.20
Rears
11/2=5.5
5.5*25.4=139.7
139.7+3=142.7
142.7/25.4=5.62
12/2=6
6*25.4=152.4
152.4+5=157.4
157.4/25.4=6.20
My fronts sit .42" further out then yours
Your rears sit .58" further out then mine
I run a 215.35 on the 9.5's
a 245/40 on the 11's
Lots of camber and pulled fenders. I would rather run less camber and fiberglass fenders. 4.5* front and 6* rear if I remember right (car is not a dd)
Fronts shouldnt be to bad rears might be a little harder, need to bulge overs when installed.

WHAT?!?! Please shuddup if you dont know what you're talking about. How the fuck is the width of a rim going to be irrelevant for wheel fitment? Big difference between a 10j +0 vs 8j +0. :smash:

i think he meant as far as outer fitment goes a 12j +0 is the same as a 6j -75. (i think the math is correct there.)
but yea, you still need to turn, so yes, the width is very relevant.
oh and to the OP: that is very do-able and is a very proper size for our cars.

so the guy in the body shop said that 18x10 in the fron r not safe that it also it wnt b able to turn, but yet i keep seen cars with same or bigger wheels in the front than me ?

Yeah i have 18x8.5 in the front and get MAD rubbing everywhere..i dunno how you guys fit some of these sizes lol that being said i guess it is possible without rubbing..guy at your body shop just doesnt know..

Yeah, I think that looks like shit. I would rather run bigger tires with widebody personally.
That does show it would be possible since that rear wheel is only 5mm further in then the OPs.

i'd run widebody too, but at the same time... the pic is just showing that the fitment coudl* be possible on stock bodied s14s

fliprayzin240sx why don't you shut up. I know exactly what I'm talking about.

cars.
Thank you. That is what I'm saying.
You can fit everything from stock to probably a 14". The things that tell you how it will look and operate are offset and backspace.
Will it clear the suspension? Well if it is an 8" wheel with a lot of backspacing yes.
Will I have to modify my fenders? If you have 12"s with to high an offset yes.
My point is this, you can make any thing look good as long as it is the correct offset. I'm also tired of seeing "will it fit" threads when we have two devoted to fitment.

Actually, no you can't.
I HATE seeing some dinky ass 15x7 +0 on S13's.
Why?
When you see it from the side, sure it looks decent(barely), but from behind, you see the tiniest fucking wheel being spaced out to fit makes it look like complete shit.
I'd rather run the bigger wheel with the same fitment opposed to some tiny ass wheel in the negative offsets just to match mine.
OP, we already have a fitment thread.
Use it.
