I let Zilvia for like 5 months. Now I'm back.

I've been considering selling my 98 s14 and getting a g35 6spd coupe.

I'm in california now. SoCal.

But...I can't leave me car...i don't want to hurt her feelings and she's so beautiful. But its an AUTO. and if I go SR that's illegal here...REALLY illegal..and I could get around it but....i like to be legal.

Yes i know how you feel about the car situation but if you can afford a G35 coupe i would do it. They are great looking/performing cars. I would get a g35 over a 350z just becuase it is an infiniti.

just cause its infiniti? the only difference is the name...its still a nissan... Nissan skyline v35 350gt in japan. Do you just like the better customer service if your car needs to be worked on?

interesting subject here. I like the tails of the G35. I like the front end of the 350. Did you know the G35coupe is longer? It has rear seats . Yuck!!
the front fenders on the G35 are cool but that grill has to go. hopefully the GTR will be nicer. All in all the G35 is nice but not for close to 50k.
I will stick with setting my sites on a 350

Close to 50k, are you kidding me?? The G35 coupe is a better value then the 350z. With ALL options on the G35 coupe it's like 38k...no where even near 50k. The 6spd coupe with 18" wheels, leather and Brembo brakes is like $32,500. To get brembo's on the Z with 18" wheels you need to get the track version...which doesn't even come with leather seats. Why were you thining 50k?

are you sure it is around 38k fully loaded i think its actually around 33-34K, I once built one on the infiniti site and it was cheaper than 38k i think but i could be wrong

I just went to the infiniti website and a 6spd coupe with EVERY option (bose, sunroof, DVD nav system, etc..) checked is $37,955.

k cool wasn't sure exactly, i don't think i would get the navi, or the bose system if i was buying it, because i would end up swapping out the system anyway and i really see no need for a navigation system unless on trips. But i guess $38 isn't too bad, still a nice car.

Hell, if you can afford it (and you probably can ;) ), go for the g35 coupe. I bet you'd be much happier with it.
