Need help with cel

[s14beast]

My 96 s14 is throwing cel I check it and it was 9 slow and 3 fast. I tried searching but cant figure out what it is. Anybody have an idea of what it is?

yea check that a couple of other ones and a repair manual an still cant find it out what that code is. I try using another ecu an its throwin the same code too. Btw the car is throwin code 108 far the evap too
