As title states, selling brand new Catco 3" cat for $130 + shipping. Fixed welded flanges for direct bolt-on to S13/14.

Includes new hardware as well as 2 gaskets.

The cat looks just like that. I don't have a picture of it since I haven't opened the box at all, but the cat will look just like that with fixed welded flanges.

Just wondering, is it now illegal for a shop to weld in or install an aftermarket cat? I heard that there is a new law that forbids any shop from installing any cat except an oem one

CA law was changed to only sell OBD-II compliant cats, which exclude these Catco cats since they do not have provision for secondary O2 sensor.

I understand the rationale behind the law, but it's stupid because it forces owners of older cars to buy cats that cost $500+ when we can use cats like these and still reduce smog-forming emissions out of our cars, EVEN with a turbo swap of some sort.

This does not apply to the other 49 states.

If someone in CA wants to buy ***THIS*** cat, they have to have it shipped from another state.
