Check for leaky injectors, although this doesn't sound like the problem directly.
Let the car run without the fuse until it dies out, then try to start the car with the fuse back on.
Did it start before you let it sit, with the mods you mentioned?

Does the fuel pump run like its suppose to when you have the fuse in and you try to start it? It should run for a few seconds after you stop turning the starter and the car hasn't started, its priming the system. If not then start looking there, check the voltage at the fuse with the key in the on position with a multimeter. Then check at the fuel pump, it sounds to me like maybe one of the wires back by the pump has come lose and is grounding out with the fuse in.

The car ran for 2 minutes without the fuel pump running? Sounds weird.

Did you check your fuel pump wiring? voltage? continuity? It sounds like you are dumping fuel. Wet plugs, running without the pump, just sounds like you have some fuel issues. I'd check the entire fuel system from the pump to the injectors. Don't forget to look at your fuel filter.

It sounds like a strange request and I wouldn't say it if it hadn't happened to me exactly as you stated on a different car. Pull the vacum line to your fuel pressure regulator and see if fuel comes out of there. I had a car do the EXACT same thing as you said and i was dumbfounding me along with 2 mechanics and by chance we pulled the vacum line and fuel SHOT out of the line when pump was hooked back up. Ive seen hundreds of leaky regulators and are not uncommon on domestic vehicle but NEVER like this. It was sooooo flooded because of this. Suprisingly, you couldnt see or smell an overabundance of fuel and thats why we didnt catch it right away. It only takes a second to check so maybe try that.

****update****
found out today that it wont run if i unclip the injectors so tomorrow im going to look further into that.... this weather here has been sucking lately
guessing maybe the voltage is off to the injectors or they might be leaking

Wire it up using your own relay and ditch the stock wiring. The stock wiring is probably trash already. Just use the ECU ground trigger to turn on the relay. You won't get low FP issues during boost as well.
Also make sure your injector O-rings aren't leaking. FPR vacuum hose shouldn't have fuel shooting out. Replace the FPR as well.

Old car just rewire the fuel pump im pretty sure the wires are exsposed remote and power are touching so its grounding out after you put the fuse in.

I will say this. If ANY fuel was present, it was too much. By looking at the spark plugs, it looks pig rich too me. The fpr may not be all of the problem but, I would say that it isnt helping your cause.
