WTB: S13 hatch or coupe

I'm looking for an extra-clean S13 hatch or coupe with great interior and little to no dings and NO rust. I don't want to swap a SR20DET in anytime soon (inspections etc...) so I want a solid stock KA in there too (probably <100k). A stock LSD, leather, or a HICAS package is also a plus.
