don't search by name. the dealership will typically call it something use.
use the oem parts catalogue with visual diagram to identify what you need.
for instance:
321 Transmission Case & Clutch Release :: Power Train :: Genuine Nissan Parts :: 240SX Parts (S14) 1995-1998 :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com (http://www.courtesyparts.com/240sx-parts-s14-1995-1998/genuine-nissan-parts/power-train/321-transmission-case-clutch-release/-c-3690_3691_3756_3770.html)

you can use the gaskets and seals from the KA transmission, same part numbers... just go to your local nissan dealership, or even kragen (where I got mine)

It'd help if the OP explained what in hell he's talking about. There's numerous gaskets and seals on a manual transmission.
There's also a few types of 'swaps'.
Any of this would be helpful instead of everyone just randomly throwing shit out there to further confuse him (if that's even possible).

you're not gonna be finding the dustshield at a local parts store.
I have several, PM me if you want one.

You need to search bro. Otherwise your going to get ripped on by people... rightfully so.
The part that goes between the tranny and the engine is called the backing plate or dust shield. If your concerned about money... you better buy a used one. It shouldn't really cost you more then $30 shipped to your door. you can try to buy a new once but it'll prob run you like a $100 or so. Do yourself a favor and buy a used one.
As far as the speed sensor, you CAN NOT use a auto speed sensor. It needs to be a manual sensor. Also better off buying a used one off the forums... a new one is $$$.
