rebuilding sr t25

im rebuilding a sr20 t25 and when i took it apart i noticed that the turbine heatshield* is blow out. and i need another one but i cant find it any where. can anyone point me in the right direction. heres a picture where i circled the part i need in red.

it may be cheaper to just buy another t25 or go ahead and upgrade to a t28...

That part is actually called a turbine heatshield for future refference, you should try calling a turbo rebuild shop im sure you can order a new one.
