i know some of you guys on here play dota. just wondering if any of you got into the closed beta of HoN. its basically dota but its a stand alone game not governed by the restraints of the WC3 engine.

So... anyone else play it besides me?

id love to give you some soooshi, but we are still bound by the NDA so i cant post screenies.

im sure if you youtubed the game you would see some videos of the heroes in action. it is a straight up port of dota, maps the same, heroes are pretty much the same, items are the same, however they added in stats, the ability to reconnect to a game if youve been discoed and other tasty features.

if you've played dota, learning curve is not bad. just the hotkeys will get you.

so? this game and aion have about 1 thing in common, you can level up. thats about it. besides aion looks like a complete grind fest. reminds me heavily of Guild Wars.

yeah kraken is fun. his ulti is very team oriented i see him getting alot of comp play in the future.

havent gotten puppet master that much cause i play AR pretty much exclusively but from the few times i have gotten him he is a monster ganker.

Yeah kraken is awesome. My friend has his buddies wait some where and uses his ult and charge and brings to them to them and they just get owned.
