what exactly is wrong with the engine does it crank

is the starter working

if you take the engine out i can buy it / ship it ill pay 300 at max. would like more pics of the car such as under the car ect ect

does not crank at all.. electricals seem to be shot and messed up.. comes w/ all stock susp. and tranny and all the stock drivetrain etc.
