Well, I got some Kouki JDM mirrors with my Kouki when I bought it and need to install them because the original ones got hit. Anyways. The old wiring harness is a female with a red, white, and a black wire. The new mirrors have a female harness with 5 ports for wires but only have the wires wired in which are black, brown, and blue. My only option is to cut the clips and wire them together or put new clips on. But either way I have to know which wires go to which. Can you guys help me out? So to review:
USDM: red, white, black
JDM: black, brown, blue
Which ones go to which?

That's not right. The OE wiring for the US car is blue, yellow, and purple. The colors you haven't aren't OE, is there another harness coming from the mirrors out of the door? Sounds like the mirrors were aftermarket.

The ones coming out of the door were red, white, and black. The entire car is rewired. The person who owned the car before me was an AV Tech for a living so the wiring on this car is very odd. The other mirrors were after market (the original ones), but he said the ones that im putting on now are jdm after market. Is there a way to test the wires to see which one is which without blowing the whole thing? My guess is that red is positive, white is negative, and black is ground. I'm saying that because of the whole AV Tech thing so he did wire it well.

The mirrors don't work on a power and ground, they're triggered by varying voltage through the harness. Go read up an FSM, sounds like you're going to have to trace all the way back to the switch.

I'll be working on my car tomorrow, and my panels are off so i can take pics of whats connected to what on the door's i still have to run the wires back to the switch still, but other then that there done. Ive been slacking because i got jipped by home depot. The sales guy talked me into buying solid wire, when thats not what i asked for, and since i open the box i cant return it.

You're making it harder on yourself. First off, those are Ganador mirrors, or a lookalike version. The wire colors won't match anything anyway.
Take the door panel off. The red, white, and black wires are all trash, they're probably extended from the OE harness, remove all that extra shit and get back to the OE plug. Now that you're back to square one it should make more sense.
