Stance inserts in KTS coils?

So this weekend I found out that both front KTS adjusters are effed.... did some research and looks like it is a common problem with them. Now, I dont see the problem with Stance. I know the coils are very similar...Has anyone tried to swap front inserts?

Just wondering if I can buy some stance inserts and install instead of rebuying ones that will break again.

damn... thought someone would have ran into this
