Trying to obtain a "Certificate of Title" is not that easy, or else you would have done so right?

The DMV wants all the "bill of sales" between each and every buyer/seller. If you don't have it, or can't reach the previous seller or get him/her to sign something, good luck getting the title. .... I know, i've done so. In order to get a Duplicate title you must be the current registered owner of the vehicle. If you're not, it is nearly impossible.

"YOU NEVER buy a car without the TITLE". (Unless it's for parts/ Track/ or making a SIL-TRUCK!! )

It is easy to get a certificate of title but since i dont want to put more money into the car I just said screw it and sell it as is.

I have all the paperwork and as long as all the fees are paid and smog is done you will have a legit daily driver or track car of your choice.

I have done it before on my other cars so I know from experience. The car may not be registered but it is in my name on their files and like I said I have the paperwork to prove it.
