Which engine for my Sky Line?

I drive a Nissan Sky Line 240sx and I was watching a Sky Line motorsport documentary and read that the Gallo 12 and Gallo 24 will increase my horsepowers and torque. I was wondering what are the differences in these two engines and which will be the fastest? Also I read in the service manual to torque my lug nuts to 80 lb/ft, but I just stood on the end of the Bolt Lug LEver (I weigh 215 lbs), so does this give my car more torque?
