I know this is probably a long shot, but I'm trying anyway.
I'm looking to trade my 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X for a VERY well done S13 or S14 with an SR, RB or built KA-T. The S13/14 MUST be a feasible daily driver
with a functioning AC and clean interior. The car must be built with quality parts, if it has ANY knock-offs or budget parts don't even offer it, I won't reply. Preferably, the car should be white, but I'll consider other colors.
I currently owe just over $15000 on the X, so whoever I trade with must pay off that amount with cash or a loan they acquire.
Essentially, you are trading a superb example of an S13/S14 plus 15k cash for my Evo X.
Here is the X-
Miles- just under 15,000
Mods-
Exterior-
JUN aero mirrors- $700
JUN front lip- $600 plus paint labor
Do-Luck duckbill carbon trunk- $1100 plus paint and labor
ARC Ti front badge- $150
OEM fog delete kit (not pictured)- $150
Perrin antenna- $50
Suspension-
Zeal Function T- $2400
Front and rear fender roll with Muellerized suspension tuning- $1000
Wheels/Tires-
AME TM02 19x10.5 +22- $2400
Toyo T1R 275/30/19- $1000 only 5k miles on them
Interior-
Pioneer D3- $700
Pionner back-up camera- $150
JDM dash bezel- $250
JDM cupholders- $100
ARC shiftknob- $120
Custom shiftboot- $100
Exhaust-
Amuse R1 Extra Titan- $3000
As you can see, that's about $14,000 in mods, not including paint and labor on some parts. I expect the same level of quality out of any S13/S14.

Yeah, GSR.
Your S, plus 15k= you own the X free and clear. Unless of course you financed the 15k.

Keep in mind, I don't just want any 240. The car must be extremely well done.
My main motivation for this is to get out from underneath my payment since I'm starting law school in the fall and ever penny counts these days.

If my car were painted, and I felt like picking up a payment, we'd talk.
Your Evo is tits, and I don't like them at all. This thread will be interesting.
Keep in mind, most S-chassis' you find will not have AC, but no matter what motor is in them, it can be added using OEM components and custom A/C lines for ~$500 (including labor). Don't discount some great cars just because they don't have A/C!
Also, are you looking for something that's SCCA-/Formula D-legal? That's been a consideration for my build, less for myself than for whoever buys my car in the future.

I may compromise on the AC as long as fitting one myself won't be too much of an issue.
The car will be a daily driver so being SCCA, FOrmula D legal isn't a concern.

Not a bad car, but it's not up to the standards I've set (no offense intended)
Please be aware, I will not take any trades that have knock-off parts- This includes Rota wheels.
I will really only consider cars that could be valued in the $15-20k range, meaning the car must be extremely well done. It is for this reason that I feel this search could be a very long shot.

Hats off to you sir. that is one badass EVO. very nice part selection. if you dont mind me asking. why did you invest 14k in mods only to end up trying to trade it away? law school is a big thing so it must have been planned a while ago. is the 15k debt from the mods or are you still paying the car off? i dont want to offend, but this is a prime example of a EVO keep it!!!

The 15k is the car loan, not mods. I'm not silly enough to finance something like that.
Law school has been planned for a long time, but the screwed up CA budget has not. It turns out I'm not getting as much funding as I had initially hoped for.
I'm not really dead set on trading it. My payment is less than $300 a month so it's not a big expense.
I guess you could say I'm casting a line to see if anything really nice bites.
