:) its cool that you got your car lowered and all (not to mention they do look much better), but.....how does the ride fel now? I lowered my MR2 1.5in and it rides really rough and it hurts me to scape the front of it against the pavement on every ramp and bump on the road. I feel like i shouldve never done that! Just something to think about.

I got tein flex coilovers.....16 clicks of adjustment at every corner....
i have no problems since there is no rebound from coilovers....right now i got the fronts on 10 hard, rear on 8 hard.......16 hard being the max.......i also got sways and strut tower bar to give me some stiffness in suspension....
i had my car for over a year.....but now i just got it lowered, body kit put on, painted and all....i have had the coilovers and all from the beginining but just not adjusted properly since i was waiting for paint job and lowering the car....so for now, i am just finding the best comfortable zone.....this is for daily driving.....so i gotta be slow on speed bumps.....its been a week like this....and i have had no problems so far.....tein flex uses 6/5 rated springs.....i am not sure what were you using.....fi the springs are stiffer, ride quality of daily driven car sucks.....that's why i didn't go with RA or RE dampers....instead i went with FLEX......one day i will add EDFC...so i can control dampning from inside cockpit......hoorayyyyy
Thanks all for your comments.....

I was all the way to the top because i was waiting for my body work to finish........From that....i dropped 25 rotations of the adjustment sleeve
1.5" to be exact......
I was all the way on top, after dropping, i am in the middle of the adjustment sleeve....
i can prolly drop another 1/2 - 1 inch safely.......but that would put my bumper on ground.....
so compromised to have best of both worlds.....:p
Very pleased with the results....
Thanks all for your comments

Does the other car belong to you? Because it looks nice also.

I have had them for about a little over a year....They look good from far, if closeby, they do have some nicks and cuts due to wear and tear and me bumping tools when taking the wheels off from time to time....Overall, not too bad for $20 worth of high temp. paint from discount auto parts and 2 hrs. of my time on a hot summer day.....
took the center cap off and covered the lip with masking tape and tire with some old newspapers........and LET IT SPRAY>>>>>>:)

Actually the other car belongs to a friend of mine....His car actually touches the ground when getting out the driveway unlike mine where i have about an inch of room to work with....He is much better driver than me when going over humps and bumps as well.....he had fried one lip so far with 5+ years of driving that car......This current lip is #2 and it has few minor scratches on the bottom of the lip but not visible at all.....
He has nicer wheels though.......K1 kosie up front and some other rear set.......

yey for black z wheels! =0
nice, the verside skirts looks amazingly non-flashy on a black car... hehe.
i dig, another sweet Zenki. Goes to show that you don't need a front end conversion on your 95 240 to make it look nice.

Like the car, very cleen looking. How much did it cost for your paintjob? What color was it previously?

2 3rd brake lights!!! Lighting Power!
i would of gotten rid of the one on the trunk to cleanit out a bit
but good car! S14 SR!!! i wanna i wanna

The car was black before the paint job.
350 for paintjob + 85 % DINGS removed + Body kit put on (trimmed to fit) = 610.00
I also had a minor fender bender, so i did the whole thing at one time. Fender bender was about 760 which was a seperate bill.
I was thinking of changing to 97-98 taillights and changing the trunk third brake light to the clear one from a supra. But still debating on few things....I need few gauges first.....as of right now, i am broke.....as broke can be......haahhahah
I am very happy with the results though, it was definately worth the wait.....i worked on it slowly for almost 2 yrs. to get it here in this condition.......COLLEGE STUDENT and CAR ENTHUSIAST....means no money laying around EVER......heheheh

You're right. I fact I think your car looks tons prettier than mine.
Nice car Rinku. are those 89-90 turn signals? $610 is rather cheap.. It cost about $400 just to get my front fenders and my front bumper painted. :(

Nope not joking....
I had scholarships.......After one accident in 99, i been on my own. Scholarships didn't get renewed. The guy who hit me claimed bankruptsy and he is out the door. I payed several hospital bills on my own. My health insurance payed about 80% of bills. I am still paying some bills that are leftover from 99. I had two surgeries totaling 65,000.00 +. So far i have paid out 3 grand out of my pocket, got another 8 or so left i believe. Not to mention credit card debt since i was bed ridden during the surgeries for over 6 months. Worst part is, the guy who hit me was at fault 100% and got the ticket as well.
Stupid florida laws, claim bankruptsy and you're out the door as one cna't touch the other person's house no matter what. i have a judgement against him which doesn't give me a penny......
so no, i wasn't joking......
working full time and going to school.......not as much fun as it would be if i hadn't lost scholarship. Not to mention i am way behind in school, i should have graduated a year and half ago....
i think by the time i end this, i be venting more than explaining my comments about being broke.....so i'll stop here.....
this in no way directed to anyone, just explaining my comments, that's all

I'm kinda in the same shoe as you, but my car accident wasn't THAT bad. I'm still kinda screw on paying for school also. Right now I'm going to be two years behind, but eh....I'm switching majors. I just hope my 240 is done as nice as yours. :)
BTW.....where did you get the grill mesh for your bumper?
