The cluster is a kouki cluster
and the bov leaks from the internal seal

blitz flange is different from Greddy flange. i do have an s14 hot pipe with greddy flange on it

the RB cluster does have plugs with some amount of wire attached. As for the buddy club seat, it h comes with no brackets or sliders.
