The spacer is required to go behind the pulley on some alternators. Alternator sticker number: 23100-52F11 requires the spacer. Alternator number 23100-52F10 does not require the spacer. (Very difficult to find info!)

I looked all over ebay and couldn't find a match :) So I guess they are not ebay/egay... but I still don't know what brand they are. Since the spacers don't fit right, I'll lower the price to $55 shipped (2-3 day shipping....btw shipping is pricey on these.) Let me know.
