Drifting.com?

Has anyone ordered from drifting.com? I ordered a couple shirts on 15 May 09 and still haven't got them. I emailed them on 17 Jun and got a reply the next day saying they had been shipped on 18 Jun, WTF? It's now 12 Jul and I still have no shirts. I tried filling a dispute with Paypal but they said that I can't file a dispute with this type of transaction. Any suggestions?

I used Paypal so there is no way I f'ed up the address, It even has it on my reciept email.

I shot them another email yesterday and I'm still waiting to hear back.

i'm gonna sound like a price police, but ive found that their stuff is really expensive. i found that a Nissan jacket from them costs somewhere around $40-50

and you can also order straight from the place that makes em for $30

I had problems with them...I ordered some t-shirts...and after 4 weeks nothing was coming so I email them...and they said they never shipped the t-shirt cuz they lost my order (WTF?), I called Visa and tell them to canceled the transaction


Since then I never buy t-shirt from them...even if they have funny ones tho

the only problem ive had is they were out of stock on things ive ordered JUST CALL THEM and tell them your name and theyll fix it up make sure you call they dont ever email back so its kinda pointless to even do that

Anyway, after still not hearing back from them I called today. He said one of the shirts I ordered was out of stock. He said he would resend the order, fair enough, I just wish he would have replied to the damn emails.

Drifting.com is pretty legit, I am surprised they did not get back to you sooner, Not getting a reply to emails can be frustrating. Glad they are going to make it right.

They have been around for awhile so no question they are legit, maybe they are really busy? Still no excuse to leave customers hanging though.

busy i understand, but ignoring emails, phone calls and paypal claims isnt really good business practice. Maybe by atleast posting it on a public forum ill get some sort of response, all i want is what i paid for over a month ago or at the very least an explanation and some sign they are working to resolve the issue.

I did recieve the refund via paypal. As for your phone calls last night there was a family emergency at the time, and since i didnt recognize the number i didnt bother calling back, I have been getting alot of sales calls lately from out of state. Either way they have resolved the problem, and the lack of response to the initial phone calls was my mistake, i forgot it was a 2 hour time difference instead of one.

I just received a sr swap dvd 2days ago from them that i ordered over a month and a half ago. I emailed them twice and got no response. So ill never order from them again. NO COSTUMER SERVICE and i dont know how it takes over a month to ship/receive a single dvd

From my experience drifting.com is pretty dam legit. I order numerous things from them all the time. if you want your order ASAP just call it in instead of online. They'll send it to you right away. One time they sent me the wrong shirts. I called them and they said keep those shirts and we'll send you the right ones.

I placed an order on June 25th and bought $114.65 worth of T-Shirts from u guys and haven't seen a single shirt yet!?!?!?! WTF?? I emailed u on 2 different occasions and never received a response. Called 3 times and nobody ever answers. Yes, I did try calling at the proper time. Just refund my money please...

If I don't hear anything back I'll have to fill out a form at my bank, cancel my credit card, wait for a new credit card to be mailed to me, and be really pissed off during this process. I had intentions of ordering more crap from you guys until this happened :(

I ordered shirts from them July 2nd, and never got them, I finally got pissed and posted that no one should order from them and they contacted me on here saying they would fix my order and ship it out the next day because it was too late. That was August 11th, it's now the 24th and I have still yet to receive my order. The tracking number they gave me is bogus, I've tried calling and emailing and PM-ing several times to no answers or replies. I'm about to the point to contact their local police department and inform them of the little scam they have going on. Check out their facebook sometime, there's all kinds or people on there who they've screwed over.

I really hope to meet these guys at an event one day.

Again I'm chasing drifting.com as they promised to send another DVD, guess what still nothing! Again I have sent several emails and phoned several times with no avail! It seems to be a bit of a joke and I'm getting very frustrated now!
