What does it stand for. It sounds like a shop. I feel like such a tool but I've never heard of it on NICO and I searched but came up with nothing. Help a brother out.

Don is a great guy.. but he's in Canada, so shipping will take another day or two.

I think that the charge is for large orders (size-wise) or orders over a certain dollar ammount. I've never gotten charged, and ordered three sets of the conversion lines ($100).

Yeah, I think I read something about over $200 bucks.
So then yeah, I will get charged
I ordered over $400 in suspension parts

Yeah, I got the charge from UPS. It's used as a brokerage fee that they, (UPS,) charge due to the conversion issues.
But, I must say that I'd highly recommend PDM! I bought about 750 worth of suspension stuff from them, and found the service to be excellent! I had a lot of questions, and even before I place my order I got very quick responses. I'll be ordering from Don again when I get the money for my Whiteline Swaybars.
Two thumbs up!
