I was thinkin about puttin in a turbo silvia motor into my s13
any comments?
do's and dont's.....
well its really up to you... if your looking for an engine turbo ready then yeah why not... but just do alot of research and ask people who did the swap... so that would be my best advice ... i cant tell you yeah but really i wont mine one bit have an sr20det in my 240sx but anyways... have fun and spank any honda in your way

I got offered a sr20det motor with the tranny and all parts (pedal assem., wiring harness's, EVERYTHING!)
with 20 k miles on it or less for 2 thousand dollars,
hows that for a deal....

make sure what you're getting is in working conditition though

That is a good deal, does that include shipping??
The hard part of doing the swap is finding someone who knows how to do it, and do it right, and won't charge you twice what the engine cost.
Definately look into finding someone who will do it before you buy. Otherwise you might have a very nice silvia engine.... sitting in your garage.

YES YOU SHOULD!
You should do ANYTHING to make your car faster. Especially when it involves a turbo engine swap. But if you don't wanna do it, you can buy it for me. Christmas is coming up anyway.

thanks, ill make sure to put away your gift for 45 christmas's from now, then when you least expect it poof* a nice motor for you!!!! it shouldnt rust too bad while in storage lol
