S13 lowering springs into an S14 vice versa

Ok this isn't for me, its for a couple of friends, I searched for an hour with no luck.

So, does anyone know if S13 and S14 lowering springs can be interchanged?

They're trying to switch ride heights haha.

yeah ?? your just going to have to take the springs off the struts and swap them

You technically CAN use S13 springs on an S14 but you'll have the problem of bottoming out (and blowing) your struts/shocks.

not necessarily the spring rate is not that far off the s14 is only 100lbs heavier roughly or something close to that its just like having more people in the car.
